File online through the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development (TDLWD) at the state portal. File at jobs4TN.gov. 12 weeks maximum when TN unemployment rate is at or below 5.5%. January 2026 winter storm triggered Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) for 29 counties — up to $325/week for up to 27 weeks for disaster-affected workers.
